He swims! for bags and cases

Worked well! I didn't lose my phone, but I was also nervous because it only comes in one size and I felt like it could slip off my wrist easily. The challenge came with the act itself. I was snorkeling and you can only use the side button to take photos. Although my screen stayed dry, I spent most of my time trying to get it to work as the pressure on the screen achieved what it wanted or blocked me.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

For the price, I personally found it very worthwhile!

First of all I want to say that you really can't rate the price of this item for what I used it for. I recently went on vacation (on a cruise) and my family booked several trips where we snorkeled. I decided to try this with my iPhone. I have tested the bracelet before and on all 3-2 hour water trips this product has held up very well. It was very convenient. The only downside is that it holds some water but doesn't take too long to dry! I recommend!

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Socket required

A must for divers

Does exactly what it says on the tin. I added this strap to my Ricoh WG-20 for a recent series of diving trips. The strap provides enough buoyancy to easily keep your camera and carabiner afloat. This allowed me to clip it to my vest when not in use and easily take it out when I needed it. The band sits comfortably on the wrist and is suitable for wrists of different sizes. It was convenient for me to lend my camera to a friend's 9 year old son and it fit him. The group is also easy to clean…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Reliability

Tested in the pool, didn't have to put it to the test in the sea.

I tested it on our pool cam. Well sailed. A few years ago I had a cheap junk strap that came standard on the camera. That it was just wonderful. However, a quick wave of your hand to dive underwater to snap some shots and SNAP. Thank God I caught that camera. But I didn't intend for it to happen again. So I tried that. During this snorkeling trip, I was a bit concerned about how loose the wrist strap was. But once it gets wet, it won't slip around your wrist anymore. I was pretty sure he would…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Great product - great price

I bought this item for my Panasonic Lumix. My camera weighs 5.1 ounces. The mudder float worked very well. The camera strap is very thin and fits well in the camera body. Although it is thin, it is also very durable. The clip closure is very useful. I don't need (or need) a waterproof bracelet all the time. So I attached the strap to the camera along with the strap that came with Panasonic. I attach and detach the float to the belt as needed. I like the bright yellow color that helps me locate…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Non automatic

Added superglue to cord knot for better hold

It worked for me. Be sure to weigh your digital camera with battery and memory card so your weight is correct. Mine weighed about 6.3 ounces and the float floated and stayed on the water's surface with no problems when it was attached. I've read that other people have had problems with the belt snapping. I'm wondering if the belt actually snapped or just came loose. My strap felt pretty solid and had a plastic cord running through it. I wasn't sure about the knot at the end so I put a few drops

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons

Works well but bypass the flimsy black mounting rope.

The float is rated for 7 ounces of buoyancy and I used it on vacation with a camera that weighed over 9 ounces and kept the camera on the surface in the ocean. Seawater is more buoyant than freshwater, so your experience may vary. The stitching is strong, I haven't had any problems with them tearing. It was comfortable around my wrist, but if you have very large wrists/hands this may not work. The obvious downside to this product is the thin black thread attached to the black plastic connector.

Pros
  • Rugged construction
Cons
  • Upgrade available
