A few years ago I replaced a 60 watt transformer in a kitchen xenon lamp under a cupboard. Although the other units are still running, the transformer in this one has failed again. I ordered this replacement for 75 watts to have more headroom. Replacement was easy and the transformer came with handy tape to keep it in place. Now my bottom headlight is back in business.

1- The device does not generate electricity when it is not charged. (Lamp) 2- Despite this, most digital meters cannot measure it due to the sine wave. (Analog meter could) I was ready to give a fiery 1 star review for the DOA device.
