Bold and beautiful

Beautiful! Helps my Acoustic Reality eAR-1001 monoblocks sound clear and detailed. Not super bright, but just right. The only downside is that these cables are not easy to bend and very difficult to hide, but they work reliably.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • A number of factors

Didn't affect the sound of my system at all

These cables look great. Like big black garden hoses connecting your stereo to the wall. That's exactly what I wanted. I didn't notice any difference in sound quality compared to my $8 wall cords or my Pangea 9s, and I wasn't expecting that.

Pros
  • Complete set
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Looks and feels very impressive.

I can't say I really noticed a difference in sound quality. I didn't expect either. But I wanted a quality power cord and it fills that gap. Could it really be a lot worse than a $1,000 cable? I bet you can't tell that in a blind test.

  • Absolutely amazing!

Looks good, probably sounds nice, but broke after two months.

Good product. It seems quite substantial and adds a nice touch to the audio system. My ears aren't good enough to hear the sound difference, but I'm happy with the purchase. However, after two months of regular use, I found that the connector and cable cover had come loose. After two months I can't send a replacement product back so I need to figure out how to fix it. Sigh.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Bought for my small guitar combo amp.

I bought this for my small Ibanez TSA5TVR combo guitar amp. The sound of this little amp improved even more than I expected with this replacement cable. The sound is tighter and also clearer, with less harsh tones without rolling. The amp sounds more balanced and fuller. I plan to buy more of these cables to try on my small stereo. I am impressed!

Pros
  • Worth the money
Cons
  • Expensive

It's a Strong Boy - Cables and Connections

I don't buy audiophile snake oil when it comes to power cords, but I wasn't a fan of the nifty cable that came with my PrimaLuna so I figured that I will go for something nicer, with better quality and protection. This product works on all fronts and boy has it changed the sound and opened up the mids completely. Seriously, this is just a quality cable that looks good and feels very durable. Nothing more and nothing less, just what I was looking for.

Pros
  • An Absolute Legend
Cons
  • No Instructions

Really good for the price!

I usually use Pangea or Audioquest for cheap cables but decided to try them on my 15" Rythmik subwoofer. It's really well made for the price. I didn't cut it to check the true thickness of the cable as many claim it is 10g but measured from the sheath not the copper wire. The cable bends very well, which I did not expect. Not very flexible. Even my Pangea AC 14g series is pretty tough. For the price, this cable will be hard to beat. Thick and shielded is what we need and it seems to help. I…

WOW! What an improvement!

First off, let me say that I didn't expect any noticeable sound improvement. I got a lot of hum from my tube amps when using OEM power cords. The hum was so bad that I ordered an expensive power supply to test to fix the problem. Those power cords arrived first, so I installed them straight away and turned on the amps. Hum has been reduced by at least 75%; I did not expect this. I assumed the hum was in front of the Romex in the wall or the utility. When I started listening to music after the…

Very nice surprise after 4 hours warm up

I was quite skeptical and really can't believe that an electric cord can make a difference in a Hi-Fi system. I have a Yamaha A-S801 amp ($800), a Wharfedale Diamond 225 ($300), a 10" Yamaha 100W NS-SW100BL subwoofer ($180). Subwoofer volume to get the "oomph" which my +225 amp can't convey in my preference (don't get me wrong they go well with most music) I went to work. When I got home to reboot the system had to I turn off my subwoofer because it was no longer needed. A lot of my 80's…
