Update October 8, 2021: Took about 1.5 years before heater wire failed. It was a production weakness. The item was clean with no dirt or stains from anything that was placed in the oven, no automatic cleaning cycles and no external signs of damage other than a small dark spot where the internal damage was. It was a fairly small stain that I didn't notice until I folded the item to get rid of it. The outer metal crumbled and what appeared to be ash fell out. One star deducted for malfunction…
