Works great but is very difficult to emboss. Sometimes I can hit him very easily and other times it takes the power of the Hulk lol. It doesn't matter what paper I use. I'm not sure if there's a specific way to push it that makes it easier, but I've tried different areas where you can push, but the results are the same. Not recommended for the elderly or those with low arm strength.

I ordered the first one and when I received it it cut TERRIBLE! I've ordered a replacement (the Revain staff did an excellent job fixing it) and while it's not perfect, it's bearable. I have to use fine scissors to clean up the cut. If you can find it for $5 Tuesday morning, go get it. Otherwise you'll find a hit or something. THIS DOES NOT COST $$$$$. VERY disappointed in We R Memory Keepers. We pay good money for your products.

Closure too tight! The product is neat and I would love it, except the slits created provide such a tight closure that I often tear the edges of the slits to close them together; The solution I found is to loosen the bottom notch a bit. It's a little disappointing that the product isn't technically perfect, but in fact they got millimeters wrong and the product suffers as a result.
