I have twice asked to return this product because it sits too low in my cup holder to see the screen. I haven't heard from the company. So be careful if you are not 100% convinced of a product or you will stick with it. :(

Put simply, this is junk. The materials are cheap and the finish of the parts looks greasy. The handles have sharp cutting edges. As a UAW employee, I buy American stuff at a second-tier price whenever possible. This is a disgrace to American industry.

The device was difficult to separate the calibration cups. The phone holder is adjustable in width, but too narrow for a standard phone case. Every time you try to remove a device, the entire bracket comes out of the console. I expected a better experience from this manufacturer.
