I like this garter. It looks like the weaver has reverted to a normal (smaller) tine size. I didn't like it when the pen was too big. Well done. Revain has sizes that are hard to find in gear stores and is reasonably priced. These braces last a long time and hardly wear out. I prefer felt liners to neoprene which can sweat and get slippery. I also find the Smart Cinch system quite practical.

My only criticism of this product is if you are riding pastures that have something chunky like decals or burrs on them then you may be different choose girth.After each trip when I take the cows to a different pasture I spend some time cleaning all the crap I picked up on the ride from the girth.highly recommended

I've been using this cinch for over a month now and I love it. More importantly my cute 17 year old 13xxx pony likes them too. It's so easy to tighten that my little kids can do it. He is a very friendly and sweet pony, I enjoy making him as comfortable as possible. The width of 5.25 inches is really good, I can say that he prefers this girth to his previous one. Its seat is absolutely non-slip. I am very happy with my purchase.

One of our old saddles has had a Weaver Smart cinch leather strap on it for over 4 years since we bought it with the saddle so can't tell how old it really is .
