They are great easy to use and just what I wanted. I've found that most cake recipes (cut to about 1/4 or so) and most pie recipes (cut to about 1/2) make about 4 mini cupcakes - perfect if you don't want to be responsible for an entire cake. ! In the photo above I have two examples with sourdough and one with a pretzel base. Everything comes off the non-stick tart pan easily!

Perfect molds for custom sized cupcakes. Doesn't stick and comes out easily. I ordered 2 sets and have used them twice. I made shortcrust pastry and they absolutely slipped out. You don't have to spray or use anything. Love the depth of the batter to get a good balance of filling and crust. Now I just need rectangles! Definitely recommend, they are heavy not flimsy, very good quality. I use them again today.

I really like these pans. Granted, there was a learning curve since the pans are so shallow you really have to keep track of crust thickness. However, the non-stick coating and slide-out base make it easy to remove even thin, fragile crusts! Plus, they fold SUPER small, so you need less space to store multiple sets than a coffee mug. This year they will come in handy for holiday baking!
