I like how easy it is to use the software even though you are not technical at all. It's very user friendly. There are some things that are difficult at first or may take time to get used to but in general I love using this software. It makes managing our facilities so much easier in tracking the equipment we have and if there are any issues with them. We also use it for our vendor management as well.
