I like that this has helped our business out in so many ways. It has been used to help get clients to stay loyal to us and keep coming back. This is also helping us to track all of our leads and customer information so we can easily send them messages or offers when they are ready for it. I like how easy it was to train my staff with this system because they can use their own computer or smart phone without having an IT person there every time! It would be nice if you could go right into setting up your team's account instead of creating them from scratch through emailing someone at webcise support each step along way.
