I have been using this service for about 3 years now! The customer care team are amazing - they always respond quickly to any issues or questions you may be having (and sometimes even before!). They also offer many different plans which can cater perfectly well if one's needs change over time without needing an upgrade from their current plan everytime it changes :) Nothing really comes across as being bad so far but maybe that could just because of my limited experience? I have used Hostgator for many years now so when they launched their new shared plan it was time to move over! They offer great customer service (24 hours) that's always ready if you need them but not too much of an issue either way as long as everything works out fine without any issues or problems from my end.
