Great Marketing Platform, Would Love More Customization

I like that Webinfinity is a one-stop shop for all of our marketing needs. We've been able to create and manage all of our digital marketing campaigns in one place. They are very easy to navigate and it's very easy to see how our campaigns are performing. We do not have to go to multiple vendors to get this information. I wish there was more flexibility with the reporting. We would love to be able to see our performance on a more granular level. We would also love to be able to customize our…

  • It’d great if you could add customizable HTML code into your posts using web infinity dashboard without having any knowledge about coding languages! Also they provide quick support when required !!! :)

Easy to Use High Quality Product: Webinfinity

I like how easy it was for my associates at work (who are not web designers)to use as well! It's very professional looking website with great features such has blog posts or creating pages etc which makes managing your site so much easier than other platforms we have used in previous years!! The support team can help you get familiarized quickly if needed but there isn't really anything wrong about this program overall its just an all around excellent product from start through finish process…

Very useful platform and great support staff

The ability for our team of agents in multiple states across America (and even overseas) to connect with customers via chat or phone was very helpful when we were having issues finding them during certain times! Nothing right now but if there are improvements made I would like it better integrated into Salesforce as well so they can see what's happening at one location vs another etc., also more customer service reps available 24/7 could be beneficial too!!
