I like that there is always someone at work when you need them during normal business hours! It's super easy for our customers who call in with issues or questions - they have immediate answers from people right here every time!! The only thing about it we dislike now are all of these new changes/updates being made lately which makes things much harder than before (and very frustrating!). I like that we can see all of our employees at once in one place without having multiple screens open or windows up for each employee's screen/computer! It is convenient being able t o access everything from just 1 location now instead if going into different locations throughout my day as needed (i have 2 offices). There are some things i would change but nothing major- it works well enough so far with what they offer currently available.- not much really because there isn't anything wrong…

I like that they are extremely knowledgeable about their software products in general but also know specifically how each of our companies can best utilize these programs for specific needs/goals at hand! They have been very helpful during implementation with my team as well - we've used them so far more than once over several years which is great because they're always willing (and able!) to help if anything comes up or questions arise along way!! Definitely recommend this vendor…
