I like the ability to track customer behavior across channels (physical store, online) as well as identify potential sales opportunities when they are not yet logged into an account or have a transaction pending but are visiting a store. I love it when we have our employees from different locations visiting or new people coming to their store with no knowledge about eCommerce/SAP products like uspCms; this platform helps by giving them an instant access point so they can learn as soon go use without wasting time waiting around getting things done right! It also has other benefits such automation which cuts down human error thus providing better results all round!! Nothing i dislike much but some features are not yet developed…

I like to use this app daily because it helps me keep track with my customers who are visiting our stores across Canada! It has helped us understand where we need improvement as well which was very helpful when making decisions about future projects or changes within existing ones too!!
