My cat doesn't like potatoes - prefers freaks

If you're reading my review of wobbly cat food as well as her turkey, you know how my cat and his homeless street family had a bite or two and left him alone. I also use a fork to pry out of a jar, but every time I see it I can infer that it's a grain because potatoes and other similar foods (see ingredients). During the pandemic (June 30, 2020) I cannot afford to buy this at this price. I will not buy wet or dry cat food containing potatoes as I now know my cat doesn't like seeing this on her…

Too many dented cans

I recently switched my cats to Wellness Core wet food. My cats tolerated the food very well, which made me very happy. However, the last shipment contained 20 of 24 dented cans. I was surprised how many dented cans there were but I didn't think there would be any problems so I used them. My cats started vomiting shortly after eating the food, which bothered me. I checked to see if other customers had the same experience and in fact I found that dented cans most likely contained food and should…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Difficult to maintain

My cat who was suffering from stomatitis had all of his teeth removed and the poor little fellow is having trouble eating kibble or other large canned foods. Trying to find other brands in pie form without CARRAGEENAN is very hard to come by so I'm thankful for wellness products and that's all I buy. He particularly likes this orange can (chicken, turkey) and the purple can (turkey/chicken kitten version). They're high in protein, low in carbs, no grains, no carrageenan, and none of the extra…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

3 oz Beef, Venison & Lamb, 12 cans $19 is a scam

BEWARE and mind the can size when adding to cart or subscribing/saving! The food itself is great, my cats love it. However, like others, I did NOT NOTICE that there were 12 3-ounce cans; I thought they were regular cans (5.5 ounces). So I paid $19, which got them almost $1.60 for each (!) tiny can. In fact, the large cans at $44 for 24 cans (ie $1.83 each) are at least reasonable (although I'd rather only buy 12 cans at a time than 24). 3 ounces. the size is good for single servings but I don't

We used to love wellness, but not this variety - not at all!

Let me start by talking about cat food, I think wellness gets a lot of things right. I applaud grain-free product lines and perfectly acceptable ingredient lists. We've been buying wellness products at least occasionally for about a decade and overall are very happy with them. However, this particular product is a resounding failure. We currently have six cats, two of them are kittens who will act like they will starve every time something like food approaches and will always try to steal some…

Pros
  • Inspires Confidence
Cons
  • Updates

I just spent $400 at the vet and we concluded my cat got sick from bad food. That was after he had been ill for three days and I opened a regular jar from a new rancid box this morning. Black goo filled half the glass and I can't even describe the smell. It went in the bin and I opened 8 other cans that just didn't look or smell right. Called wellness and they said if the jar is dented or looks abnormal from the outside (a rancid jar didn't, by the way) don't feed it to your cat as the seal was

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Minor issues
