Great Customer Service, Excellent Product

The ability to have multiple departments in one system is great for all parties involved! We are able to communicate with each other more efficiently than ever before which helps our team be successful at their jobs every day. I dislike having two separate systems (one internal & one external) but sometimes it's not possible due to rules/policies we must follow when using another vendor's software. It can take some time getting used to how everything works together as well because they do…

  • Easy access, low barrier to entry environment where everyone including staffers unfamiliar w / technology feel like experts after just an hour.
  • Super helpful support agents whenever questions arise
