Totally useless

I wish I had read the reviews first but I assumed that with almost 4000 reviews this was almost a 4 star good tool would be - I AM SO wrong. I haven't had any issues with a broken tool or a bent collet shaft. My problem is that the device has NO TORQUE. If the tool encounters resistance, it shuts off. I have three other Dremel tools. My favorite battery powered tool (4 AA batteries) sold as a pet nail grooming tool. It doesn't get close to the 15,000rpm for shop tools, but it can do most of…

Big disappointment!

I have been buying Wen tools for over 60 years. They have always been a solid and reliable tool for me. In fact, the very first woodworking tool I ever bought was a Wen router. i still have it So when I found this cordless rotary tool called Wen, it wasn't a problem for me. especially considering it had almost 1000 reviews with an average rating of almost 4.5 stars. Started perfectly, after 12 hours of easy work bullshit. Buy a Dremel.

Well you get what you pay for so it was no shock when this thing only lasted a week. Unfortunately, I bought it a year ago during a pandemic shopping spree and just started work on a project I was planning to give as a gift (a ring, not exactly a serious endeavor!).
