Description of Wendy's Blue Right-Handed Pancake Welding Hood Helmet with Strap

Color: BLUE ; Lightweight balsa wood eyepiece with face and side shield. Accommodates standard lens and cheater or a Miller fixed shade electronic lens. Lens holder has a pocket depth of 5/8 inch. Each hood comes with 1 adjustable elastic headband and 1 piece of sandpaper for custom-fitting of the eyepiece. MADE IN USA.

The overall impression is strongest in the "Security " category

Likes: Excellent job visibility. Protects my face well. Suitable for welding in confined spaces. It is possible to wear a helmet while carrying a pancake. Dislikes: No peripheral vision.

  • There are more interesting options.

Failed to load media. There was no sandpaper to sand down the wood that goes against your face, but you can use nail files (wood is better in a word) or get creative and use something else. Apart from this great helmet I have used it in the shop and like it much more than my sugar spoon.

Overall Impression: Head protection

Like: Good visibility at work Protects my face well Suitable for welding in confined spaces Can wear a helmet when putting on a pancake Dislikes: No peripheral vision. The bridge of my nose hurts after wearing it for about 4-5 hours.

Lightweight, comfortable, head does not tire with prolonged use
