The seller deserves five stars, but the product the seller does not make had a defect: the pulley housing was bent, so the pulley did not rotate. This is largely a function of the pulley. The seller delivered the product on time and refunded me in full with no issues or delays.

I used this rope and pulley to replace those on a used extension ladder I recently purchased. The quality of this metal pulley is very good, much better than the plastic pulley that was on the ladder. The rope is also of very good quality, it has a loop at the end that prevents the knot from coming undone. It seems that both the reel and the cable will last for many years. Now the ladder works much better than before and I don't have to worry about the rope or pulley breaking while I'm going up

When I received the Werner parts for my ladder I was disappointed with the build quality of the pulley. The pulley was misaligned on the shaft and stuck at the point where I couldn't get it to spin at all. Using a hammer and screwdriver it was quite a hassle to loosen the pulley in the housing before it could spin freely. Also, there were burrs on the aluminum pulley housing that were dangerous. I used a power tool to grind down the burrs and then polished the surfaces to handle them safely. My
