These are heavy, well made scissors that seem to last a long time and need to be sharpened many times. They are fine, I can see any person with weak strength, arthritis or other wrist, hand or finger issues struggle with them. Second, the thumb and thumb holes are smaller. Love them. Bought 2 pairs and no complaints, they are strong steel scissors as before that can be disassembled and sharpened. Good weight in hand but too heavy.
