Works great so far on my 2012 F-250 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel. I've found that the engine oil temperature is about 10 degrees warmer when I'm fully up to temperature than without when I'm finally up to temperature. The warm-up time and heat retention are also better. Not exactly day and night, but it helps keep the cabin warm when it's only 5 degrees outside.
