This hose is great, it can withstand heavy loads and is much thicker than regular hoses which can leak. It has extra protection in all of that.

Very durable and good quality. All the parts needed to hook up our dishwasher were included. Also long enough to pull out the dishwasher for maintenance if needed.

The kit is just what you need to connect to a 3/8" male brass compression fitting. Connected in minutes and washed dishes in no time.

There was no gooseneck in the packaging as in the picture. I think I have an old package. This is only "universal" if your dishwasher is more than 3 years old. Now I have to go to the big orange box and spend $4 on the light I was supposed to get.

I can't speak to the reviews where not everything was in the photo but everything was in my gear. Hose, gooseneck fitting and 90 degree brass elbow are already attached to the hose. Those who didn't receive the correct kit or everything in their kit should probably exchange or return it rather than giving a perfectly good product a bad review.

I ordered this because it makes installing dishwasher tubing easier than copper tubing. This is a very well made product and includes a 90 degree "water hose" type. Plug used on the dishwasher. After ordering, I noticed a small note in the Maytag manual that the flexible braided line should be replaced every five years. For me it was a game changer, the last dishwasher was 19 years old and we only replaced it because we upgraded the appliances. Who will document it in five years and remember to
