Good size. There were times when 2 of my cats insisted on being in it at the same time. Curved corners to avoid gaps to store used waste. My only complaint is that the entry is a bit low (would be good for a very young, old or infirm cat) and my cats litter. I've looked at other boxes but haven't found anything I like better, so I figure I can just put a strip of tape face to face to raise the front opening a bit.

Given that this was one of the cheapest toilets on the market I was very pleasantly surprised. I bought this specifically for the low front opening to the floor. My 15 year old cat's previous box had an 8 inch step to get into the box. It's 4 inches, so big! It's really spacious too. I've had it for about a month now and no complaints. I think this is a great litter box and I would highly recommend it to any cat that may have trouble getting into the litter box.

I have two fifteen year old cats and they found it more difficult to jump into regular litter boxes. I bought one of these trays to try and they both loved it. They could just step in and go about their business. So I bought a second one a week later. The old pans were donated to a local animal shelter where they were greatly appreciated and my cats are very happy with the new lower pans. There is still enough space inside, except maybe the lower front edge. Great price and fast delivery.

I love this tray for my 17 year old cat. It has a lower entrance, which makes it easier for her to get in. It's roomy and she likes it even though she's not a big cat - it's easier for her to roll into it. Problem with the locking mechanism: when I put as much padding in the box as she wants, only one side of the box locks in place, but it seems to hold it in place and never comes loose when using the box.
