Great photos led to a bit of a disappointment upon unboxing. They are ok but not as pretty as the pictures. The glasses are too heavy. More importantly, while they appear to be perfectly round, they are slightly oval in shape, which combined with the weight of the glasses makes them feel very uncomfortable unless you grab the lens by the flatter sides. They are ok but not quite what I expected.

I've found that advertising is often not as good as the product. I believe it this time. These glasses are heavy, durable and add a subtle touch to my drink. I'm glad these glasses are so durable because they came in a box in a bag. The bag didn't even blister. The whole package looked as if it had been used as a soccer ball at a children's soccer game. It really got hit! I was expecting broken glass everywhere. I opened the packaging very carefully and braced for the worst to find the jars…

Bought 3 different glasses to evaluate the potential of a replacement whiskey glass. Those were the winners. Mountains pouring into the glass destroy the flat bottom. This allows the ice balls and squares to hover above the ground, allowing the whiskey to chill more efficiently. The glasses are heavy enough to make the right impression. Mountains are a beautiful design feature that doesn't spoil the visual perception of the drink, unlike crystal details that refract light and distort the image.

First impression was '5'. The glasses have a really innovative design and are very pleasing to the eye. I will repeat what others have said, they are much nicer in person. Now for the cons. All four discs wobble slightly on a flat surface, barely visible but noticeable. The rims of two of the four glasses had small imperfections, but visually noticeable. One felt a little rough. My final score of '4' (may/should be '3.5', 3 seems too low to be doubtful) is mainly based on price and originality,
