I recently picked up the White ABS Half Round Bowl from American Metalcraft's Del Mar Collection for use in my restaurant. While it does hold a generous 52 ounces of food, I have to say that I was a little disappointed with the overall quality of the product. On the plus side, the bowl is lightweight and durable, which is always a plus in a busy kitchen. And because it is made of ABS plastic instead of ceramic, it won't break if dropped.
