First of all, I'd like to thank the support team at Senville for helping me troubleshoot why the unit wasn't getting power when I got everything hooked up. They helped me track down a loose connection (things happen in shipping sometimes) and I was up and running immediately after that. I was pleased they didn't just throw boiler plate help text at me and avoid the issue, but instead made sure we stepped through logically until the problem was sorted.
