This bit, like all Whiteside bits I've bought in the past, has the best performance. I bought a drill to make a sap groove on an edged cutting board and I've also used it to cut grooves on the ends of an edged cutting board so the boards can be easily processed. The wood burned slightly when I first used the racquet, but I realized it was my fault. I didn't move the workpiece fast enough on the router. This drill bit cuts so fast I was able to go through it faster without burning or crackingβ¦
