Not Worth the Investment

Industrial and Scientific category offered better options. According to my experience, this product was overpriced for the poor quality of performance. The bit lost its sharpness after only a few uses, making it frustrating to use..

We wonder why it took so long?

Less than twice as fast as a bit and more consistent. Simple, easy adjustment when stock changes a bit. We carry about a thousand small parts a day and in two weeks we are thinking about ordering replacement bits. If your margin is within + or - 0.015 it will work great. Works best with a stop and feed mechanism. We use Whiteside in all of our CNC machines but were not aware they made this router.
