So you just got a new router and are wondering which bits to get, let me make that decision easy for you: 4 inches where possible because 1 /2" bits are much more stable at high RPM and make clean cuts easier. 2) It's really a battle between Whiteside and Freud, if you will. Quality bits that stay sharp and give you clean, smooth results.
