Disappointing Router Bit Experience

The Whiteside Router Bits we purchased for our industrial and scientific cutting needs were a major disappointment. Based on our own experience with these bits, we found them to be inconsistent and prone to breaking. While the price may be attractive, the added expense of constantly replacing them makes them a poor choice for anyone looking for quality cutting tools.

Simply a great cutter

Simply a great cutter! I am now a lifelong user of Whiteside products. This cutter cuts walnut, cherry and oak VERY cleanly!

The most durable I've found.

I've used several LEIGH-grade bits and this one, which I use to dovetail 1/2" Baltic Birch drawers, stayed sharp the longest and made the cleanest cuts. I used to buy a new piece for every kitchen I build. However, they are enough for two and sometimes three sets of kitchen drawers.
