Description of Wi-Fi router Ubiquiti Bullet M5 HP Titanium, titanium

Bullet M5 Titanium is a powerful compact access point that perfectly combines the miniature size and powerful functionality of a full-fledged access point. Works according to the modern standard Wi-Fi 802.11 a / n and the 5 GHz band. Thanks to the innovative approach of the designers applied in the Bullet M5 Titanium, it was possible to achieve a significant reduction in power losses by eliminating the most vulnerable part of it from the point-to-antenna system - the drop cable. The transmitting part of the device is directly mounted into the antenna, screwing onto a standard N-connector. For processing, incoming and outgoing information, the Atheros MIPS 24KC processor with a frequency of 400 MHz, which works in tandem with 32 megabytes of RAM, is responsible. Management and configuration of the access point is carried out through the web interface of the proprietary operating system AirOS version 5. The case of the device is made of durable plastic, which is not deformed in the heat or frost. A number of LED indicators on the housing make the alignment process much easier.

The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

Different pros: Cool body and design is also cool. I love this equipment, I have about 40 access points from UBNT, I installed some, someone else installed, but I serve. No problems at all for 12 years. Some cons: Antenna equipment from UBNT is almost all at 2.4 GHz, this access point is at 5 GHz, there is no antenna in the kit, it costs like an airplane, and it’s not yet clear which one to take, it shouldn’t work on 2.4, I didn’t find a brand for 5 . Misunderstandings, I'll figure it out
