Leaky seams. for outdoor volleyball

Purchased in July 2020. A good ball for the time it held its breath. He started losing air at about 3 months and is no longer holding his breath. watch the video The seams appear to be leaking. Only used on sand. Update: I received a digital voucher from the manufacturer Wilson for the amount of my Revain purchase. Exchange was easy, although my exact item was sold out so I received a comparable ball, the indoor version of the K1 Gold.

I expected the real thing, got a replica.

Product only mentions this is a genuine AVP OPTX ball. I definitely got a replica of the ball instead of the real one. I know a real ball is very hard to come by at the moment so I was pleasantly surprised to see a listing here. Honestly, that doesn't bode well, especially considering how quickly it arrived. That's usually a good thing, but in this particular case, it was a sign that it was too good to be true.

Pros
  • Everything OK!
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Not as good as the original or KOB

I have been playing AVP volleys for over 10 years and have 3 different OPTX balls which are smaller and less durable. This summer season has hardly lasted and I only play twice a week. All graphics will be deleted. Also, the yellow ball is a lot harder to see during our nightly games - we usually change the blue/white ball to Molten or King of the Beach when available. I'm not impressed, especially for $65!

Bar League Volleyball

After playing flat ball Bar League Volleyball for too many seasons, I finally bought my own to take with me. I love this ball. A lot of us started buying and bringing our own that the bar took notice and bought the exact same ball to replace all of their others. Remember that this ball needs to be retracted. Many people complained that this ball was too difficult to play during the game. the first few months. With enough play and a few rounds of drying off on the low, the ball will soften and…

Do not know what to say!

I bought two Wilson OPTX AVP volleyballs in August 2020. In terms of strength and durability, these are great volleys. As for how long they hold air all I can say is 1 out of 2 balloons will not hold air. I started using balls in December and not a single ball has been abused. I'm starting to think the seller is getting the balls from an unauthorized manufacturer, just a guess. The reason I say this is because I also bought some Spalding King of the Beach beach volleyballs from the same…

Not very durable for outdoor volleyball

First of all, this ball was shipped out WAY overpriced. According to the instructions printed on the ball, it should be inflated to 2.5 to 3.2 psi. When I got mine it was rock solid so I tested it with two different instruments. Both registered over 5psi. No problem, I only deflated half the air until it was within spec. This is the third version of the AVP ball that I own and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed. The official AVP ball has always been my favorite but I think its quality is…
