There is something irresistible about a 'set' of things, especially to me a back set. Yes, but all components have proven useful. This is a very good set of Wilton meringue biscuits, especially at this price! I am a fan and user of Wilton products. I completed all four levels followed by several cake decorating courses in 2009 and have been baking and decorating cakes with Wilton products ever since. The quality of these products is classic Wilton. The baking sheet is large and doesn't fit the smaller 24" wall oven (which we have, but our basement kitchen oven is standard and fits really well).
