🍪 Wilton Excelle Elite 15 1/4 by 1 1/4 Inch Cookie Pan: Baking Perfection at its Finest Review

My wife cooks a lot, especially on vacation. She loves this pan, easy to clean, comfortable built-in handles.

The cookies come out wonderful. I made sure to lower the baking temp for the dark pan and my dozens of Christmas cookies turned out great!

This is the second Wilton pan I have bought and I have been using it for baking with great success. I recommend because this manufacturer was recommended to me.

This pan is compact enough to take up almost no space in my dishwasher, the handles make it easy to remove from the oven and the non-stick coating seems to do a good job to prevent things from sticking to it. I have no complaints.

This is a great baking sheet and is a good size. I cooked everything on it (not just cookies) which probably shouldn't have gone straight into the pan. Even without diapers or wax paper, nothing sticks! The dark color is good because you don't get discoloration from burnt butter and oil unlike the lighter colored pans I've had (including the Wilton Elite).
