I love Wilton baking products. This pan is great for baking cookies. If you use it with parchment paper there is very little cleaning. Rims at each end make it easy to grip with two hands. Edges prevent cookie dough balls from rolling in the oven. This happened to me when I used a baking sheet instead.

A very nice and informative baking tray. I use a baking sheet for baking different dishes. I just bought it and used it once. It hasn't warped or twisted. It has a nice smooth surface but I use parchment paper for baking. Of course, it was easy to clean and there was no discoloration from baking. Medium size just right. I'm going to throw out those horrible dark pots I bought at the supermarket and order more.

My sister in law loves to bake cookies and such so I bought them for her based on reviews 10 months ago. At first she liked it, but she said that after a month or so the pan started to darken and she had to be careful what she was baking because the bottom burned easily and the non-stick coating wore off quickly. When I first got them they were fantastic (2 ordered). Definitely non-stick and have a good weight. I've had them for 2 months now. However, if they get the tiniest scratch, they start to oxidize like crazy along that scratch. Now I have yellow spots in many places. If you light a biscuit on it, the place where the biscuit was will be permanently soiled. Overall I'm very happy for the cheap price and there's still a lot of good in it, even if they don't look as nice cosmetically anymore.

I just moved to a new apartment with a much smaller stove. I needed new, smaller cookie cutters. I measured very carefully and decided anything less than 16 inches long would do. I've been looking, this seemed like the best option for the price in the "ideal" size 15 1/4" x 10 1/4" so I ordered it. Has a nice texture and appearance, is durable and fits in my small oven. HOWEVER, tonight I baked cinnamon rolls on top, drizzled olive oil over the top and baked the buns at 900F for 10 minutes. The buns came out ok but the baking sheet was smeared with cinnamon on the buns combined with olive oil on the baking sheet. I bought 8 of these trays that I bake bread on all the time (my old trays were aluminum, I bought them from Kmart for $3 about 35 years ago and they are so dated they are falling apart on the sides.
