WinAir - Easy software with many options

The best part about winair was how easy it was for me to learn, I have never written any code before but this program made things very simple! It's also great for our fleet of multiple different airplanes and planes. There are some features we haven't been able to utilize yet due to them being unavailable in other programs. We're going through a transition right now so we've had issues figuring out which parts are important to us to use. This has caused us to spend more time than necessary…

  • Good support team if problems do arise.
  • Easy process when filing claims just click submit button & done ! :)

  • Need better documentation.
  • Some items can get lost or misplaced

So helpful with keeping schedules organized

The best part of this product has been its ease in scheduling out flight hours for our airline flights, which makes it easy to predict when we'll need more time or less! Our pilot's have also greatly enjoyed being able to book their own flying times as well. Honestly I cannot think about anything bad at all - other than maybe how long it takes to load everything up from beginning (it can take several minutes) but once loaded there seems to be no delay during operation time itself. This is a very intuitive easy to use program for keeping track of fieldwork, job tasks etc.

Very easy, simple interface which makes it very user friendly for any level of experience in using this program; I have no dislikes about anything as far as functionality goes! The only thing i dislike would be having multiple ways or different methods available when trying to access certain functions (such as reporting). This has helped me keep track not just my own work but also other peoples too so we can all see what needs doing next etc., It helps us know who's been working where at times

  • I like how easy it is to do reports and other functions with this program, and how user friendly is for everyone!
Cons
  • I dislike the report function being so scattered and that it is not streamlined to the point where it is all the same program
