The best part of this product has been its ease in scheduling out flight hours for our airline flights, which makes it easy to predict when we'll need more time or less! Our pilot's have also greatly enjoyed being able to book their own flying times as well. Honestly I cannot think about anything bad at all - other than maybe how long it takes to load everything up from beginning (it can take several minutes) but once loaded there seems to be no delay during operation time itself. We are solving many problems by using winair; one such problem was tracking down pilots who were not showing up to work sometimes because they had made errors while logging into their computer system. This program helps us track them down so quickly since we're only relying upon first-name last-names here instead of having to search through hundreds if not thousands of names just to find theirs.
