Good quality just not for me

Too small for anything I could use it for. Really too small to even try to climb back up. You can fry an egg in it if you'd rather have it softened or fried than an omelette.

Pros
  • Tableware
Cons
  • Long time

Much better than non-stick

When you use a small saucepan as much as I do, you definitely don't need wear and tear on the Teflon finish and plastic handles that can't be kept far enough away from open flames. After several bouts of dizziness while cooking, I found that part of the plastic and/or Teflon handle on my old skillet had melted. Replacing that frying pan without Teflon and plastic ended this very disturbing trend. I cooked quinoa, melted cheese and of course an egg. I might recommend egg cooking spray but otherโ€ฆ

Doesn't work on induction cooker

Yes, the right thing. Due to the fact that it is curved at the bottom and not quite flat, there is not enough contact surface to activate the plate. Too bad, because the thing is charming and feels high quality. But the rounded bottom makes it useless on induction cooktops. UPDATE: I received a replacement; the same problem, the bottom is bent, the stove does not turn on. BAD DESIGN.
