Confusing to use.: my feedback

This is something really good to have in your kids room. I wanted this to have peace of mind.But for me I just couldn't figure it out. There is an on and off switch. When it's off, it does nothing. When you switch on, it beeps 2x and then a LOUD alarm goes off. When i say loud, its loud. There is no way you can miss the sound. There is no switch to press to change the sound, i don't see how doorbell option works as you push and push down and nothing nor does the center button move.I put the…

Didn’t come with everything needed

Bought these and one was great and the other didn’t have the mounting stuff with it. So had to buy some double sided tape which made it cost the same as new.

Simple concept that works

These Wsdcam door and window alarms turn the simple concept of a magnetic sensor alarm into a useful tool for home security. They are easy to install and it took me less than 15 minutes to install two of these alarms. I mounted these alarms onto the front and back door of my home. Before I installed these alarms on my doors, I wiped the frame and door surfaces with alcohol and a rag to be able to get a lasting adhesion from the sticky pad. The alarms have different chime modes that are all loud

Children trap best in my review

These are just awesome and extremely simple to use and set up. They come with everything you need to mount just about anywhere. I installed 1 of mine on a dresser drawer so when someone (kids) is being overly curiousAn alarm will sound when drawer is open. And let me tell you these things are LOUD. So loud I heard it all the way in the background . Kid was so scared he about drop dead. .These things work grate for window security or just to scare your kids.

Not what it promises

I wanted to put this at my front door but it’s either on (loud alarm or off 😡) I only wanted to use it like a chime when the front door opens but it doesn’t allow me to do that.

If you have regular windows these are great

These are loud and would have worked good but I could not use them on the type of windows I have. Sliding windows The sensor may require frequent battery replacements or recharging, making it inconvenient and costly in the long run!

I bought two of these and they don't work. I'm in the process of requesting a returnI did return them and have received credit.

Great little unit for added peace of mind

Easy to install, I received a faulty unit that died after 6 weeks without barely any use, contacted the company which responded very quickly. Courteous service. Will definitely purchase again.

Did exactly what it was supposed to do, and then some! LOUD SCREECHING!

I took a black magic marker and coloured one and installed it on my screen door just for giggles so I could watch everyone freak out as they came into the house.I also put one on the top of the bathroom door where the shorter folks couldn't grab it. Nice way to make sure they're awake for school heheIt will do the job as intended for anyone who opens a door or window unexpectedly. HINT HINT Parents of teens, lol
