Good little PC for streaming or browsing

Pros: Cheap, great for streaming, great for browsing Cons: The Microsoft Store is down, so you'll have to repair Windows to fix it.

Great for slot machine emulator

This thing is so tiny. I have the whole setup to fit in a small zippered bag. Mini PC, but keyboard, power supply, nothing more than a small bag of chips. I use it to run batocera and retro arcade emulators. Works perfectly. The fun stays, but never loud.

Great little PC and very fast. Has enough ports for what I have connected. I hooked up my TV via HMO and it looks fantastic.

GNU/Linux in 12 minutes

Great little box running GNU/Linux. Here's how in 12 minutes with a few simple steps1. Create a bootable USB stick with your preferred distribution2. Connection to Nuc3. Connect a USB keyboard/mouse or a wireless USB keyboard/mouse (e.g. Logitech)4. enable5. Touch the ESC key to open the BIOS6 menu. I'm a fan of small form factor PCs and have been playing with RPis and Intel NUCs for years, but the GMK NUC Box S Intel J4125 - 8GB DDR4 256GB SSD is a whole different beast. 2 inches tall) the GMK is definitely the smallest SFF I've seen. Impressive in size but connectivity is very limited. Windows 11 is ready with a BIOS update.

The NucBox is surprisingly functional despite its tiny, palm-sized size. It loads quickly and handles basic home/office applications with ease. Web browsing is usually fast, although complex pages (usually with lots of ads) may take a few seconds to load. This little PC works great as a client for cloud gaming services like Xbox Game Pass and Google Stadia, and can even play 4K video at 60Hz (tip: disable Windows 10's color transparency effects for better performance).
