I like how easy it was set up, we were able build our own rewards program very quickly with no coding knowledge required! We have had some issues but they are working through them as fast possible which has been fantastic so far!! I love how easy it was to set up my account, make changes as needed or if there were any issues with payment processing. We didn't have any problems but we also haven't launched yet! Give them some time once they do launch then let us know what you think of the product. The customer service has been great throughout this process so far, so keep at it and don't give up!! The ability of the customer service team are great, very knowledgable in relation with our products as well as we're able use it ourselves! They were always willing help us whenever needed.
