Review on Winggz by Matt Vanlaere

The ability of the customer service team are great, very knowledgable in relation with our products as well as we're able use it ourselves! They were always willing help us whenever needed. We have been using WINGZ since 2018 which gives an excellent experience when managing campaigns or creating rewards/badges etc. There's not much I dislike about this program at present but there will be once more features gets implemented such as cross-category promotions e.t.c. In addition, they should improve some elements like user interface (especially mobile), integration into existing platforms & APIs where possible would also greatly enhance its usability from endusers perspective especially customers who don't spend too regularly online. Customer Engagement by allowing them easy access via any device whether desktop / laptop computer tablets smart phones or even mobiles / smarthphones. I like the ease of creating and managing my loyalty programs. I like that I can easily create a discount for a specific date. I dislike that the platform is outdated. It is difficult to create a program that is not available in the platform. I wish there was a way to access the platform from a mobile app. I am solving the problem of creating a loyalty program that is easy to manage and accessible to customers.
