Difficult to navigate and keep track of reservations

I like how it makes it easy to get around the website to see all of the details and bookings for a property. It's easy to use and I've had no issues. I don't like that it is such a complicated website to get around. Some of the pages are so complicated, it is hard to get around and figure out what you are looking for. I do not like that it is hard to navigate around the website and get to the information I want. It is easy enough to use if you know what you are doing. I am using it for my hotel

Great Hotel Management Software with many features

Easy to use, user-friendly interface; very fast response time from support team when there's any issue during normal work hours (not after business hours). No problems as such at this moment but I wish they could have more integrations into its platform like accounting system that it offers already and can link up easily via API etc. We're solving several issues related to hotels/hotel facilities by managing them all within one place.
