Description of 🎨 High-Quality Winsor & Newton Professional Watercolor Paper Pad in White: Ideal for Artists

Exceptionally resilient and durable, our watercolor paper will not warp or cockle even when saturated with large volumes of water. Made on a traditional cylinder mold. This ensures the fibers are interwoven, which gives the paper far greater strength and dimensional stability. Internally and externally sized for optimal water absorbency, pigment dispersion and lasting colour adherence. Cold pressed paper has a less textured finish and produces the brightest paintings. Its increased surface area holds more color and rejects more light. Our professional paper is constructed with 100 Percent cotton with pure spring water. 15 sheets per pad

Incomprehensible packaging

Winsor & Newton toilet pads are made from: 100% cotton and 25% cotton/cellulose. You will not be able to identify the packaging unless you read what is printed on the front or back label. However, the problem with Revain is this: the 5x7 wire is the only one that is 100% cotton. 9x12, 11x14 are 25%. So I ordered 5x7 and was going to order 9x12 with wire "assuming" it was 100% cotton but it wasn't. Serious. This is some kind of advertising error and quite disappointing.

Pros
  • Our professional grade paper is made from 100% cotton and pure spring water. 15 sheets in a pad
Cons
  • thin

A bit expensive for this quality.

Winsor & Newton Professional White Watercolor Paper. Supposed to be 140# cold pressed watercolor paper but I doubt they are 100% cotton rags. .Benefits: • 140 gauge cold pressed paper with medium roughness - good for quick sketches with brush, pen or pencil. • Convenient 5" x 7" size for drawing in the field or studio. • 15 double-sided pages make 30 usable pages. • Spiral binding to keep pages flat. • Nothing leaks out to the other side - a very important feature. Cons: • The pages absorb too…

Pros
  • Manufactured on a traditional cylindrical mould. This creates an interlacing of the fibers, which gives the paper a significantly higher strength and dimensional stability.
Cons
  • socket required.
