Description of ⚙️ Winters Economical Pressure Internals: Enhancing Accuracy in Pressure & Vacuum Testing, Measuring & Inspections

Brass wetted parts for measuring non-corrosive liquid and gas pressure. Circular dial is enclosed in a steel case for corrosion resistance. Measures pressure with dual scale (psi/kPa)/(Hg. vacuum/kPa). Display accuracy is + or - 3/2/3% over the entire range of the gauge (ASME B40.100 Grade B). Lower mount or center back male connection with either 1/8" or 1/4" NPT rate.

Good quality for this price!

I bought this to replace the gauge on an inexpensive pressure gauge/tire inflator I recently bought. The original gauge was all plastic and broke the first time it was dropped. This sensor is all metal and looks pretty solid. I tested it on an expensive digital pressure gauge at various pressures and both agreed within a pound. For my purposes this sensor is exactly what I need and is inexpensive.

Pros
  • Measures pressure with dual scale (psi/kPa)/(Hg vacuum/kPa)
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Ideal caliber and 1/8 " size for a sandblaster

I used it with my sandblasting chamber to control the chamber pressure. Due to the position and angle I had to attach it to in order to be able to see it during blasting, I used 1/8" male and female 45 degree male and female threads. I will most likely only use a 60 max -Use 70 lbs. Since someone wants to choose a gauge that operates at 75 percent of their maximum I choose this 100psi gauge. That's an insanely good price from a great manufacturer. You can't go wrong with this!

Pros
  • Round dial in a steel case to resist corrosion
Cons
  • Not sure

Not bad for the price if the device is well protected.

Bought this gauge to use on an air cannon (or "potato pot") that I'm building with have son. While the gauge is fairly accurate compared to my air compressor gauge, it did NOT hold up in actual use. Eventually, the dial in the gauge flexed as the case pressed on it, causing the pointer to stop moving. They are fine for use anywhere the sensor is well protected but not for portable tools etc. I will be purchasing a more durable model for my launcher to replace.

Pros
  • Reading Accuracy + or - 3/2/3% over full scale (ASME B40.100 Class B)
Cons
  • Some minor things
