Winters Surface Thermometer: Ensuring Accurate Display with Precision Testing, Measurement, and Inspection Review

As an industrial and scientific professional, I needed a reliable tool to measure surface temperatures accurately. After I put it to the test, I confidently recommend this thermometer. The display is extremely accurate, and the build quality is excellent. The only downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to other models in the market.

2 weeks after installing this thermometer on a wood stove chimney, the surface of the thermometer turned dark brown and unreadable.

Note the rivets at 12 and 6 o'clock on the dial. In fact, these are pins with a raised head, like a bolt. The hand got stuck on the top pin and couldn't go above 400F.
