Works very well to warn me of a possible problem. All my mom needs is to push a button! The wake-up music is very loud and easy to hear.

Very good product. however 3 false alarms since delivery 3 weeks ago. Why does the device "trigger" by itself causing me to run to the person in my care for no reason?

This is a great device for any caregiver who may not be around a patient/lover. You can add recipients as often as you like. we have three This eliminates yelling, confusion, and more, but preserves everyone's privacy.

I needed it when my mother fell and broke her shoulder. She slept downstairs and we needed something to alert us if she needed help at night. There were no range issues, it worked flawlessly in every corner of the house, even the basement. I would definitely recommend this hotel to those who have seniors living with them.

I have this as a doorbell for my teenage bedroom. Waking him up for school is a nightmare, running up the stairs 10 times! No more annoying cat customization is awesome! The only downside is that I haven't figured out how to turn it off when it works via the patient call button. If! But this device will attract attention and will work as we need it!

I liked the product immediately. Easy to use and ample reach for an elderly mother-in-law to let her son go down to the basement or her husband out to the garden when she needs help. Unfortunately one of the receivers stopped working just 4 months after the return window had closed. I will contact the seller to see if they only sell the single receiver and update the review afterwards.

I've had the product for 3 days now and have tested it 20 times. 12 times the notification lock is triggered by pressing the red button, the remaining 8 times nothing happens. This is a complete failure as there is no way to tell if the device is NOT working. The teacher had no evidence. Like: To call for help you just have to press one button. Each remote control requires 3 AAA batteries (available). The call button requires 1 2032 button cell battery. The cover attaches with a #6 machine screw about as thick as the body.
