These Bluetooth headsets are cheap and their performance leaves a lot to be desired. Tried on 3 different phones, from cheap to expensive. There is no pairing, other phone users I spoke to could not hear me. I can not hear music and other subscribers. If I could rate zero I would bet. I have rather small ears and many bluetooth devices are uncomfortable but this one suits me. Mine is very loud and other people can hear it when I'm trying to listen to music or audiobooks. Sound quality isn't very good, lots of crackling and random drop in connection/volume. Other cheap Bluetooth devices I have are much clearer and have a range of at least a few feet, which this one doesn't. Battery life isn't bad, but not as good as similar devices.

I would give this one zero stars if I could. I used it for 2 days and it worked fine. Now the battery charge lasts for a maximum of 30 minutes of conversation and I can hardly hear the other person. This is NOT a good and decent device! If I hadn't thrown out the box I would have asked for a refund as the other bluetooth headset I have is $5 more and lasted over 6 months. I just wanted a backup. This is the quality I expect from a McDonald's children's toy, not what I paid for.
