I like that it is very easy to use, it has all of the features you need to run your business effectively. It's also very user friendly so anyone can use it. The interface could be more intuitive. There are some things in the software that aren't as intuitive as they should be. For example, when you add a new item to the cart, there is no way to select an option other than "add to cart." It's best to keep track of all your inventory, customers and employees with this tool! There really isn't anything that I dislike about this software. If you're looking for something easy to use then this is it! You will be able to handle everything from customer service to sales and more in one place!
