Excellent Oil Filter

After reviewing various oil filters on You Tube, Wix Filters came out as the best! I have used Fram oil filters in the past. It was a great filter for my '87 Nissan D21 pickup.

Fits perfectly and serves its purpose!

Used in my classic Porsche and the oil is changed once a year before winter storage. I trust the WIX brand and have never had any concerns about their performance.

Didn't fit my Nissan pickup.

I'm sure it's a quality filter (I mostly use Wix on all cars) but it just doesn't fit my '97 Nissan D21 hardbody pickup. I didn't leave the OEM but it needs to be wider and when I pushed it through the frame it didn't have enough room to be sure it would rotate straight.

fake filter for car

Wix oil filters have been around for a long time and are known for their superior performance. I can only give 3 stars for this as it was the wrong filter I received. To be fair, the part number for this particular filter is for my truck, but when I lay under the truck and try to screw the filter on, it just won't turn on. The oil from the engine is in an oil container on the floor, so of course I can't drive this car into town (20) miles! So I met a guy at an auto parts store who used to work…
